If you had a look at any of the recent previous food posts you really do not need to read any further but if you didn’t read the previous days then you might want to find out why I have posted some boring looking food shots……
I had surgery and stuck at home leading up to my forty-ninth birthday. I’ve decided that I want to do something challenging for my fiftieth birthday and know that I need to look at my diet before I even contemplate the training that will be required for me to get anywhere near what I’d like to do. (I’ll keep that for myself at the moment).
So, this is just going to be a food diary over the next week, snapped on the phone.
I suspect it will be worse than I would normally admit to and I suspect any nutritionist would be shocked.
The ice-cream was my birthday treat!
So thats that… a weekly food diary. I’m pretty sure its not a typical week and I do not usually eat that much chocolate. I do tend to eat a little more fruit, not much but a bit more. A little more veg and it isn’t usually so beige looking. But it is what it is and that was my weekly food diary.
I’m going to have to make a bit more of a conscious effort at monitoring what goes in.
